Eligiblity Criteria
To Be Eligible For The PGWP, You Must Meet The Following Criteria:
1. Completed A Designated Learning Institution (DLI) Program
You must have completed a program of study at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada. Ensure that your program was full-time and lasted for at least eight months.
2. Graduated From A Public Or Private Post-Secondary Institution
Your DLI can be either a public or private post-secondary institution, but it must be authorized by the provincial or territorial government to grant degrees.
3. Apply Within 180 Days Of Receiving The Final Transcript Or Notification Of Graduation
To be eligible, you must apply for the PGWP within 180 days of receiving your final transcript, or a written notification from your institution confirming that you have met the requirements for completing your program.
4. Valid Study Permit
You must have had a valid study permit when you completed your program, or your study permit must have expired within the last 90 days.
5. No Previous PGWP Issued
You are not eligible if you have previously been issued a PGWP after completing another program of study.
Application Process

Ensure you have the necessary documents, including your valid passport, study permit, final transcript, and proof of program completion.
2. Create An Online Account
Visit the official Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website and create an online account to start your application.
3. Submit Your Application
Fill out the application form, providing accurate information. Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
4. Wait For A Decision
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by immigration authorities. Monitor your application status through your online account.
5. Receive Your PGWP
